One of the pivotal moments in DEVELON's history occurred in 2021 when the company underwent a monumental rebranding following its acquisition by HD Hyundai. This transformation marked a new era of innovation, growth, and even greater global reach for DEVELON, formerly known as Doosan Equipment. As the Marketing Director at Wilson Equipment, I had the privilege of representing DEVELON as a dealer, and together, we worked diligently to achieve incredible milestones.
I am thrilled to share some of the remarkable projects I had the privilege of being a part of, contributing to our success in securing a position among the top 10 dealers of 2023 for DEVELON equipment. It has been an exhilarating journey, and I am immensely proud of the achievements we have made.

The Oregon Logging Conference
In 1938, three individuals, Archie Whisnant, Col. William Greeley, and Herb Cox, recognized the need for a platform where people involved in logging in Oregon could exchange ideas. Thus, they established the Oregon Logging Conference, originally known as the Willamette Valley Logging Conference. In 1939, the conference debuted with a modest machinery exhibition in Eugene, Oregon. Over the years, it has evolved into the largest equipment showcase in the Pacific Northwest.
Today, Wilson Equipment seizes the opportunity to represent both Bobcat Equipment and DEVELON Equipment. This presents a significant opportunity for the small, family-owned equipment company to join the ranks of major players in the equipment industry.
